Buckwheat flour’s full flavour beautifully compliments the ‘sour’ in sourdough.
A hearty blend of millet, oat, sorghum, teff, and brown rice flours dotted with crunchy millet seeds.
This is as white, soft, and fluffy as I can make it! This bread has great structure and has a lovely, moist crumb.
Teff flour adds a wonderful malty note and walnuts bring crunch to this twist on classic cinnamon raisin bread.
This bread might be as "white" as I can get it. Excellent sandwhich bread and great toasted with butter! A hit with the kids. The garlic flavour is not sharp it just adds to the savoury profile of this loaf.
These buns are great for burgers and sandwiches or just about anything you need a bun for! Slice them and freeze them if you can't eat them within a couple days. For best results thaw first before toasting or warming but they can be toasted from frozen. [6 per package]
